You wanted neither an offering nor a sacrifice,

you opened my ears;

you were not asking for a burnt offering or a victim,

so I said, “Here I am. R 

“In the book,

what you want me to do is written for me .

My God, this is what I love:

your law is in my bowels. R 

I proclaim justice

in the great assembly;

See, I'm not holding my lips,

Lord, you know that. R 

But you will be the joy and joy

of all who seek you;

they will always repeat: “The Lord is great! »

Those who love your salvation. R
