அறுவடை வரை, இரண்டையும் வளர விடுங்கள்.

அக்காலத்தில்

இயேசு எடுத்துரைத்த வேறு ஓர் உவமை: “விண்ணரசைப் பின்வரும் நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு ஒப்பிடலாம். ஒருவர் தம் வயலில் நல்ல விதைகளை விதைத்தார். அவருடைய ஆள்கள் தூங்கும்போது அவருடைய பகைவன் வந்து கோதுமைகளுக்கு இடையே களைகளை விதைத்துவிட்டுப் போய்விட்டான்.

பயிர் வளர்ந்து கதிர்விட்டபோது களைகளும் காணப்பட்டன. நிலக்கிழாருடைய பணியாளர்கள் அவரிடம் வந்து, ‘ஐயா, நீர் உமது வயலில் நல்ல விதைகளை அல்லவா விதைத்தீர்? அதில் களைகள் காணப்படுவது எப்படி?’ என்று கேட்டார்கள். அதற்கு அவர், ‘இது பகைவனுடைய வேலை’ என்றார். உடனே பணியாளர்கள் அவரிடம், ‘நாங்கள் போய் அவற்றைப் பறித்துக்கொண்டு வரலாமா? உம் விருப்பம் என்ன?’ என்று கேட்டார்கள்.

அவர், ‘வேண்டாம், களைகளைப் பறிக்கும்போது அவற்றோடு சேர்த்துக் கோதுமையையும் நீங்கள் பிடுங்கிவிடக் கூடும். அறுவடை வரை இரண்டையும் வளர விடுங்கள். அறுவடை நேரத்தில் அறுவடை செய்வோரிடம், முதலில் களைகளைப் பறித்துக்கொண்டு வந்து எரிப்பதற்கெனக் கட்டுகளாகக் கட்டுங்கள். கோதுமையையோ என் களஞ்சியத்தில் சேர்த்து வையுங்கள் என்று கூறுவேன்’ என்றார்.”

அந்நாள்களில்

மோசே மக்களிடம் வந்து ஆண்டவர் சொன்ன அனைத்து வார்த்தைகளையும் விதிமுறைகளையும் அறிவித்தார். மக்கள் அனைவரும் ஒரே குரலாக, “ஆண்டவர் கூறிய வார்த்தைகள் அனைத்தையும் நாங்கள் செயல்படுத்துவோம்” என்று விடையளித்தனர்.

மோசே ஆண்டவரின் வாக்குகள் அனைத்தையும் எழுதி வைத்தார். அதிகாலையில் அவர் எழுந்து மலையடிவாரத்தில் ஒரு பலிபீடத்தையும், இஸ்ரயேலின் பன்னிரண்டு குலங்களுக்காகப் பன்னிரண்டு தூண்களையும் எழுப்பினார். அவர் இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களின் இளைஞர்களை அனுப்பி வைக்க, அவர்களும் ஆண்டவருக்கு எரிபலிகள் செலுத்தினர். மாடுகளை நல்லுறவுப் பலிகளாகவும் ஆண்டவருக்குப் பலியிட்டனர். மோசே இரத்தத்தில் ஒரு பாதியை எடுத்துக் கலங்களில் விட்டு வைத்தார். மறு பாதியைப் பலிபீடத்தின் மேல் தெளித்தார். அவர் உடன்படிக்கையின் ஏட்டை எடுத்து மக்கள் காதுகளில் கேட்கும்படி வாசித்தார். அவர்கள், “ஆண்டவர் கூறிய அனைத்தையும் நாங்கள் செயல்படுத்திக் கீழ்ப்படிந்திருப்போம்” என்றனர். அப்போது மோசே இரத்தத்தை எடுத்து மக்கள்மேல் தெளித்து, “இவ்வனைத்து வார்த்தைக்குமிணங்க, ஆண்டவர் உங்களோடு செய்துள்ள உடன்படிக்கையின் இரத்தம் இதோ” என்றார்.

At that time

    Jesus offered the crowds another parable:

“The kingdom of Heaven is like

a man who sowed good seed in his field.

    Now, while the people were sleeping,

his enemy came up;

he sowed weeds in the midst of the wheat

and went away.

    When the stalk grew and produced the ear,

then the weeds also appeared.

    The master's servants came and said to him,

“Lord, is this not good grain

that you have sown in your field?

Where does it come from that there are weeds? ” 

     He said to them,

“An enemy did this.”

The servants said to him,

“Do you want us to go and take him away?”

     He replies,

“No, by removing the tares,

you risk pulling up the wheat at the same time.

    Let them grow together until the harvest;

and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers:

First take up the weeds,

bind them in bundles to burn them;

as for the wheat, collect it and bring it

into my attic. ” " 

     - Let us acclaim the Word of God.

"This is the blood of the Covenant which the Lord has made with you" 

Reading the Book of Exodus 24 : 3-8 

In those days, coming

down from Sinai,

    Moses came and told the people

all the words of the Lord and all his ordinances.

All the people answered with one voice,

"All these words which the Lord has spoken,

we will put into practice." "

    Moses wrote all the words of the Lord.

He rose early in the morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain,

and he set up twelve stones for the twelve tribes of Israel.

    Then he commissioned some young boys among the children of Israel

to offer burnt offerings,

and to sacrifice to the Lord of the bulls as a peace-offering.

    Moses took half of the blood and put it in cups;

then he sprinkled the altar with the rest of the blood.

    He took the book of the Covenant and read it to the people.

He replied,

"All that the Lord has said

we will put into practice, we will obey." "

    Moses took the blood and threw the people, and said,

" This is the blood of the Covenant

that, based on all these words which

the Lord has made with you. "
