Respons : 

Seek God, you meek ones, and your heart will live. 

Psalm (Ps 68 (69), 3, 14, 30-31, 33-34)(Ps 68, 33b) 

I sink into the mud of the abyss,

nothing that holds me back;

I descend into the abyss of waters,

the flood engulfs me. R 

And I, I pray thee, Lord:

it is the hour of thy grace;

in your great love, God, answer me,

by your truth save me. R 

And I, humiliated, bruised,

may your salvation, God, make me right.

And I will praise the name of God with a song,

I will magnify it, give thanks to him. R 

The poor have seen it, they are celebrating:

“Life and joy, to you who seek God! "

For the Lord listens to the humble,

he does not forget his people in prison. R
