Respons : Lord, by your righteousness I will see your face. 

Psalm (Ps 16 (17), 1, 2-3ab, 6-7, 8.15) (Ps 16, 15a) 

Lord, listen to justice!

Hear my complaint,

welcome my prayer:

my lips do not lie. R 

From your face the sentence will come to me;

your eyes will see where the law is.

You search my heart, you visit me at night,

you test me, finding nothing. R 

I call you, the God who answers:

listen to me, hear what I say.

Show the wonders of your grace,

you who free from the aggressor those who take refuge under your right. R 

Keep me as the apple of the eye;

in the shade of your wings, hide me.

And I, by your righteousness, will see your face:

when I wake up, I will be satisfied with your face. R
