Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 13 : 44-46

GOSPEL 

"He is going to sell all that he has, and he is buying this field"

I call you my friends, says the Lord,

for all that I have heard from my Father 

I have made known to you.

Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 13 : 44-46 

At that time,

Jesus said to the crowds:

“The kingdom of Heaven is like

a treasure hidden in a field;

the man who discovered it hides it again.

In his joy, he is going to sell everything he owns,

and he buys this field. 

Or again:

The Kingdom of Heaven is like

a merchant looking for fine pearls.

Having found a pearl of great value,

he goes to sell everything he owns,

and he buys the pearl. "
