the Most High over all the earth

The Lord is king! Exult the earth!
Joy to the countless islands!
Darkness and cloud surround him,
justice and law are the support of his throne.
When his lightnings illuminated the world,
the earth saw him and panicked;
the mountains melted like wax before the Lord,
before the Master of all the earth.
The heavens have proclaimed his righteousness,
and all the peoples have seen his glory.
You are, Lord, the Most High over all the earth,
you are above all gods.
