Respons : I asked the Lord for one thing: to live in his house. OR Hallelujah! 

Psalm 26 (27) 

The Lord is my light and my salvation;

who should I be afraid of?

The Lord is the bulwark of my life;

before whom would I tremble? R 

I asked the Lord for one thing,

the only one I seek: to

live in the house of the Lord

every day of my life,

to admire the Lord in his beauty

and to attach myself to his temple. R 

I am sure I will see the bounties of the Lord

in the land of the living.
