The arm of the Lord is raised,

to announce the actions of the Lord.
He struck me, the Lord, he struck me,
but without delivering me to death. R
The stone which the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone:
this is the work of the Lord,
the wonder before our eyes.
This is the day that the Lord made,
